BrandQs builds this website with data minimisation in mind. We collect only what is needed to answer a request or make an explicit interactive feature work.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we process the details you enter to answer your question. In production, the form is forwarded to BrandQs through a secured server route. We do not sell this data or automatically use it for newsletters.
Tools
Several BrandQs Lab tools may store data during a session or in your browser so you do not immediately lose your work. As long as a tool explicitly runs as a local preview, that data is not sent to BrandQs. A tool that does use server data should state this clearly in the interface.
Neighbourhood Innovation
For a public version, ideas, locations and visible community responses are intended to be public. Identity and verification data for voting or moderation should remain separate. The final public version will receive a specific privacy and moderation notice before launch.
Analytics and cookies
Non-essential analytics is loaded only when an analytics ID is configured and you explicitly consent. Without consent, the site continues to work without analytics tracking. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and no advertising tracking is loaded. You can reopen or withdraw your choice at any time through ‘Analytics settings’ in the footer.
